In cooperation with renowned university professors, we have developed our innovative "Know to Grow" training program for our young professionals. In addition to building professional excellence along our daily practice work and all relevant subject-specific areas, it also includes topics such as negotiation training, personality coaching and initial leadership skills. So that you can go from being a top lawyer to an attorney personality. The program is structured to run over a period of three years.
