Constantin Axer studied in Cologne and La Coruña. He obtained his doctorate with the dissertation „Rechtfertigung und Reichweite der AGB-Kontrolle im unternehmerischen Geschäftsverkehr“ („Justification and scope of GTC review in B2B business relationships“).
