He has many years of experience in providing employment law advice on company pensions. As co-head of our Pensions practice group, he assists our clients in court proceedings, in the design, implementation and modification of pension schemes as well as in corporate acquisitions and restructurings. The German business newspaper Handelsblatt included him in its ranking of „Germany’s Best Lawyers – Ones to Watch“ for the areas of company pension schemes and employment law.
Other areas of practice include employment law advice in compliance projects and sports employment law. His dissertation deals with personality rights in the sports employment relationship.
Before joining Seitz, he worked in employment law at a leading commercial law firm for more than eight years. He studied at the University of Augsburg, where he also researched and lectured in employment law as a member of the academic staff.
