Jonathan Oteng advises our clients on all legal issues in the field of individual and collective employment law – not only in a legally secure manner, but also pragmatically. His practice focuses on advising on the establishment to the termination of employment relationships as well as on collective bargaining and works constitution law.
Jonathan Oteng studied law at Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich and worked as a research assistant and later as a staff member at the Center for Labor Relations and Labor Law (Chair of Professor Junker). Already during his practical legal training, he worked in several positions in the field of labor law. Before joining Seitz, he worked as a lawyer in a large international business law firm in Munich for several years in the area of OT labor law.
