Thomas Dorando advises national and international companies on all aspects of employment law. He regularly assists clients in the preparation and implementation of employment law transformations and restructurings, including negotiations with works councils and trade unions. In doing so, he often represents our clients in labor court proceedings.
He also specializes in collective bargaining and works constitution law, including assisting our clients in collective bargaining and conciliation board proceedings, designing remuneration systems, and providing employment law support for transactions and post-merger integration. In addition to complex (large-scale) employment law projects, the focus of his advice is on medium-sized companies.
Thomas Dorando studied at the University of Cologne and Uppsala University (Sweden). He worked as a research assistant at the Institute for Employment and Business Law at the University of Cologne for several years.
