Deborah Hölken advises companies on individual and collective employment law. One focus of her work is to support our clients in matters concerning the activities of the works council. She also specializes in advising executives. In this respect, she supports large and medium-sized companies, start-ups as well as managing directors and other senior executives, among other things, in the conclusion of service contracts as well as in the event of an intended separation. Furthermore, she advises companies on the use of outside personnel and on questions of company pension schemes.
She studied law at the University of Cologne and at University College London and completed a master’s degree in business law (University of Cologne) with a focus on work in companies and associations. In 2022, she was awarded a doctorate in law with a dissertation on aspects of works constitution law relating to group-wide matrix structures.
