Dennis Ehrlich advises our clients on all aspects of corporate and insolvency law. The focus of his advisory work is on restructuring and reorganisation in all phases of crisis and insolvency, as well as on distressed M&A.
Due to advising our clients in crisis and insolvency on an ongoing basis, Dennis Ehrlich has special expertise and experience in insolvency law. He assists companies, creditors and insolvency administrators through all phases of insolvency proceedings.
Dennis Ehrlich is a certified restructuring and reorganization expert (RWS). He studied economics and law at the University of Alabama and the University of Cologne. In 2020, he received his doctorate in law with the dissertation „Die Haftung des Kommanditisten in Krise und Insolvenz der KG“ („The limited partner’s liability in the crisis and insolvency of the limited partnership“), supervised by Prof. Dr. Christoph Thole.
Prior to joining Seitz, Dennis Ehrlich gained experience in corporate and insolvency law as well as restructuring at a major law firm in Cologne.
