Academic and research staff
First steps on the way to becoming an attorney – as a "WissMit" (Wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin/Mitarbeiter – member of the firm’s academic/research staff) you make a decisive contribution to advising our clients with your supporting tasks and thus grow step by step into the legal profession at an early stage. We would like to accompany you in this development as a team and support you with our diverse range of offers. Legal trainees (Referendare)
An exciting whiff of real business and an optimal exam preparation – everyone has their own ideas for the best exam preparation. We support you in this. Exam-relevant lawyering and corresponding tasks are in the foreground for you if you are at our firm – so you get exciting insights into practice and training for the exam at the same time. For your personal exam preparation, we grant you freedom and flexibility, such as fully paid leave of absence during the exam weeks and individually tailored duration of your stage with us. We also offer annual workshops for exam preparation.

A creative environment enables creative work. Our "talents.base" offers our legal trainees and academic/research staff an attractive working environment. Here you will find an exchange of experiences, tips and team spirit.

Team spirit
At seitz.talents, team spirit is not only written about, but also actually lived – regular seitz.talents evening get-togethers offer the opportunity to exchange ideas with colleagues outside of the office and to round off the evening with tasty drinks and delicious food. Our summer parties, Christmas celebrations and participation in the Business Run with a joint after-run get-together are further examples and are also firmly anchored in our firm.

Knowledge is power
In addition to "learning on the job", we offer you a varied program for further training with monthly lectures on interesting topics from client practice or on important soft skills. In addition, there are annual workshops on exam preparation for the second state examination, especially for our legal trainees.
