Marco Hansen advises international and national companies on collective and individual employment law. A strong focus of his work lies in advising on collective bargaining and works constitution law in complex restructuring projects. He advises our clients comprehensively – from the conceptual design and drafting of company and collective agreements, through negotiation to successful implementation.
He also has special expertise in corporate co-determination law and data protection law. As part of the seitz.digital team, he supports our clients in the digitalization of the working environment.
He studied law at the University of Cologne and worked as a research assistant at Seitz before becoming a lawyer.
