Constanze Hartmann advises national and international companies, start-ups as well as private individuals mainly in the field of M&A and venture capital. She regularly assists our clients in M&A transactions and financing rounds.

In addition, Constanze Hartmann advises our clients in all areas of their day-to-day business. In addition to general corporate law issues, commercial law is another focus of her work. Together with our clients, she drafts and negotiates, in particular, commercial contracts, both on the customer and supplier sides.

As a scholarship holder of the German Academic Scholarship Foundation, Constanze Hartmann studied at the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms University in Bonn and at the University of Sussex in England. During her practical legal training, Constanze Hartmann was part of the corporate law team of the group legal department of a major international corporation.
