Annika Hausmann advises companies in all industries on individual and collective labor law. One focus of her work is on large restructuring projects as well as advising our clients in their day-to-day business, including the negotiation of collective company agreements. She also supports our clients in the introduction and implementation of customized remuneration systems.
Another focus of Annika Hausmann’s work is collective bargaining law. Among other things, she represents and advises our clients in the preparation and negotiation of in-house collective bargaining agreements and in the event of industrial action. Furthermore, Annika Hausmann takes over the litigation on behalf of our clients also in complex court cases.
Annika Hausmann is listed in the Juve rankings as a „frequently recommended“ lawyer.
She studied law at the University of Cologne.
