Stephan Pötters advises companies in all industries on individual and collective employment law. One focus of his work is on large restructuring and transformation projects, in which he also negotiates collective agreements together with our clients. As co-head of our seitz.digital team, he also advises on data protection law and supports our clients in all legal issues concerning the digitalization of the working environment. Another focus of his work is compliance matters, including internal investigations.
Stephan Pötters is listed in the lawyer rankings and business magazines Juve, Chambers, Who’s Who Legal, WirtschaftsWoche and Handelsblatt/Best Lawyers. He is the author of numerous professional publications and a regular lecturer at conferences on employment and data protection law.
He studied at the Universities of Bonn, Strasbourg and Cambridge. His dissertation dealt with the topic of „Fundamental Rights and Employee Data Protection“.
