Lena Thau advises national and international companies on all issues of individual and collective employment law. In addition to providing ongoing advice on employment law issues from the establishment to the termination of employment relationships, her work includes, in particular, the preparation and implementation of restructuring measures under employment law as well as collective bargaining and works constitution law. One focus of her work in works constitution law is, in particular, on the area of corporate co-determination. She also has special expertise in litigation and supports our clients in insolvency proceedings.
Lena Thau studied law at the University of Cologne, where she also successfully completed a master’s degree in business law.
In addition, Lena Thau completed a stage at the Permanent Mission of the Federal Republic of Germany to the United Nations in New York during her practical legal training.
