Comprehensive legal advice to corporations and partnerships as well as their shareholders/partners and governing bodies is one of our core areas of practice. 

We accompany our clients from the formation of the company to the sale of the company, a restructuring, the dissolution or the exit as a shareholder. Our team advises clients as active, future or withdrawing shareholders/partners in a corporation or partnership. In addition to advising on the drafting and negotiation of partnership agreements and shareholder agreements, we also represent shareholders in all shareholder disputes, from assistance at shareholder meetings to the enforcement of their rights in court. We have a great deal of expertise in handling shareholder disputes and are familiar with the various needs and ideas of shareholders, depending on whether, for example, purely family-owned companies are involved or whether financial investors or strategic investors also hold interests in the companies. 

We are also happy to assist our clients if they have to manage a company and its shareholders as the member of a governing body of a company. We will also assist our clients with the legal issues and challenges that arise in this context and, if necessary, represent them both in and out of court.
