Our team advises both listed and unlisted stock corporations in various business areas. Among other things, we support our clients in the preparation and holding of shareholders' meetings, capital measures, restructurings and takeovers. In all matters concerning the supervisory board and management board, we provide advice on questions concerning the rights and duties of the boards and their members. One focus of our advice is on the areas of corporate governance and compliance (Code of Conduct, ESG, etc.). In the case of listed stock corporations, we also support our clients in all questions of capital market law, for example on ad hoc obligations and other legal requirements of the capital market.
