Alina Häck-Olßon advises national and international companies as well as private individuals mainly on stock corporation law as well as on supervisory board and executive board/management matters.
In close cooperation with the members of our clients‘ executive bodies, Alina Häck-Olßon advises both non-listed and listed stock corporations, inter alia, on the preparation and holding of their shareholders‘ meetings, capital measures and the design of remuneration systems and employee participation programs. In doing so, the focus is always on providing comprehensive advice to our clients and their corporate bodies.
Alina Häck-Olßon studied at Bucerius Law School in Hamburg and at the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco.
