Vivian Heidland advises our clients on all matters of commercial and corporate law as well as insolvency law. One of her main areas of practice is advising and representing national and international companies, as well as their shareholders and corporate bodies, in disputes in and out of court.

After studying law at the Heinrich-Heine-University in Duesseldorf and the Universidad de Jaén, Vivian Heidland pursued her masters of Law at Trinity College in Dublin. During her practical legal training, she completed amongst others stages at the Ministry of Economic affairs, Industry, Climate Action and Energy of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia and at a leading international major law firm.
