Susanne Wegehaupt advises international and national companies on all issues of individual and collective employment law. In addition to providing ongoing advice on employment law issues from the establishment to the termination of employment relationships, her work includes, in particular, the preparation and implementation of restructuring measures under employment law as well as collective bargaining and works constitution law. A particular focus is on the interface between employment and corporate law, especially in connection with service and board membership relationships of management board members and managing directors. She also has particular expertise in the area of litigation, including insolvency proceedings and complex court proceedings.
Susanne Wegehaupt studied law at the University of Bonn and the Università degli Studi di Bari, Italy. She completed her practical legal training with a major international law firm in Cologne and the German Embassy in Singapore, among others.
