Sabine Schwarz advises companies throughout Germany on all areas of employment law, primarily collective employment law. The focus of her work is on providing strategic support to our clients in complex corporate transactions, reorganisations and restructurings (transfers of undertakings, operational changes, mergers, outsourcing projects, staff reductions), the associated negotiations with works councils and trade unions, and the corresponding litigation. She has many years of practical experience in the field of insolvency labour law, including distressed M&A and advising insolvency administrators and companies in self-administration.
Sabine Schwarz also has particular expertise in advising companies and top executives in connection with the establishment and termination of executive board and managing director service contracts.
Sabine Schwarz has been recommended for many years in the lawyer rankings of WirtschaftsWoche and Best Lawyers/Handelsblatt for the field of employment law. She is the author of numerous specialist publications and a speaker at specialist seminars on employment law.
Before joining Seitz, she worked for several years as a lawyer in a large commercial law firm in Munich and Düsseldorf. She studied at Saarland University and the University of Cologne.
