
Piero Sansone advises companies in all industries on individual and collective employment law. He is an expert in large restructuring and transformation projects, in which he also negotiates collective agreements together with our clients. In particular, his practice also includes handling large insolvency proceedings, in which he provides employment law advice to companies in self-administration and insolvency administrators.
His other practice areas include collective bargaining and works constitution law, and conducting insolvency proceedings and complex court proceedings for our clients.
Piero Sansone studied at the University of Cologne. He was a research assistant at the Institute for German and European Employment and Social Law (Chair of Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c. Ulrich Preis) and wrote his doctoral thesis on the topic of „Equal treatment of temporary workers under German and European Union law“.
Prior to joining Seitz, Piero Sansone worked as a lawyer in the employment law department of a large German commercial law firm for several years.
