Philipp Touma advises international and national companies on collective and individual employment law. His focus is advice on transformation projects, particularly complex reorganization and restructuring. He supports from strategic planning and negotiations with unions and works councils to final implementation vis-à-vis individual employees. Other key areas are compliance investigations and representing clients in employment court proceedings.
Philipp Touma studied law at the University of Mannheim. During his legal clerkship, he worked inter alia at an international law firm in Frankfurt a.M. in the employment department, among other places. He deepened his knowledge of international labor law studying abroad at Stellenbosch University (LL.M.).
Before joining Seitz, he worked as a lawyer in the employment law practice of an international law firm in Munich.
