Niklas von Ancken advises international and national companies on individual and collective employment law. His practice focuses on remuneration systems under employment law as well as works constitution law. In the area of remuneration systems, he supports our clients in the design of customized remuneration systems as well as in the implementation of the remuneration system and its communication. In doing so, he focuses on creating a high degree of management flexibility for the company as well as a suitable environment for enhancing employee performance. He also has particular expertise in litigation and supports our clients in insolvency proceedings as well as complex court proceedings.
