
Nathalie Spitzer advises international and national companies on all legal issues in the field of individual and collective employment law. Her main areas of practice are labor law restructurings as well as advice on collective bargaining and works constitution law matters. She supports our clients‘ projects from conception to solution-oriented implementation. In addition, Nathalie Spitzer regularly represents our clients in all matters before the labor courts.
Nathalie Spitzer studied law at the University of Augsburg and worked there as a research assistant. She completed her practical legal training in Munich. Already during her practical legal training, she worked in various positions in the field of labor law (e.g. at the Labor Court of Munich). Before joining Seitz, Nathalie Spitzer worked as a lawyer in the employment law department of an international commercial law firm.
