Martin Biebl advises national and international clients comprehensively on collective and individual employment law. In particular, he supports his clients in all questions of collective bargaining law (withdrawal from associations, change to OT membership, conclusion of in-house collective bargaining agreements, strikes, etc.). Another focus of his work is the conceptual design, preparation and implementation of restructuring measures as well as the negotiation of the corresponding reconciliations of interests and social plans. Martin Biebl also regularly supports our clients in negotiations for the conclusion of works agreements – in the context of free negotiations or in the context of the conciliation board.
In addition to his client advice, Martin Biebl regularly holds in-house training sessions for clients and publishes in professional journals as well as in the Beck-Verlag employment law blog in the Beck Community.
Martin Biebl studied at Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich.
