Dirk Rothe advises national and international companies of all industries as well as their shareholders and corporate bodies on all matters of commercial and corporate law as well as insolvency law. One focus of his work is on advising and representing our clients in disputes in and out of court, in particular shareholder disputes.

Dirk Rothe also has special expertise and experience in drafting (corporate) contracts and, together with our clients, prepares and negotiates, in particular, complex corporate as well as supply and service contracts.

After studying law at the University of Cologne, Dirk Rothe completed his practical legal training at a renowned law firm in Düsseldorf, a renowned notary’s office in Cologne and the Scientific Services of the German Bundestag in Berlin. During his legal training, Dirk Rothe also worked for a major international law firm in Cologne.
