She has particular expertise in the strategic design and support of complex restructurings, including mass layoffs, plant closures and relocations, as well as transfers of establishment and the negotiation of collective bargaining agreements. Another focus of her work is full-service consulting for corporate groups, medium-sized companies and start-ups in all industries, as well as representing our clients in court. Her many years of consulting experience particularly enable her to understand the entrepreneurial challenges of our clients and to develop optimal employment law solutions for them.

Corinna Bihn studied at the University of Cologne’s Faculty of Law and received her doctorate under supervision from Prof. Dr. Dres. h.c. Peter Hanau on „The time limit for filing an action for protection against dismissal pursuant to § 4 sent. 1 KSchG (Act on Protection Against Unfair Dismissal)“.
