Christoph Martens advises national and international companies on individual and collective labor law. One focus of his work is the comprehensive support of complex restructurings, including the negotiation of collective agreements. In addition to works constitution law, Christoph Martens also advises our clients in the area of personnel representation law. His consulting practice also includes representing our clients‘ interests in court proceedings.
In addition to his focus on collective employment law, his other main areas of practice include legal and strategic advice in all phases of the employment relationship – from its establishment to its termination, including the design of compensation structures.
Christoph Martens studied at the Universities of Trier, Seville and Bonn with a focus on employment law. Mr. Martens is a lecturer in the further training of specialist attorneys.
