Bernd Weller advises national and international companies in all sectors on individual and collective labour and employment law. One focus of his work is advising and supporting companies on works constitution law, in particular on restructuring and transformation projects, changes to remuneration systems, compliance of works council committees and compliance mandates including internal investigations.

Bernd Weller has been listed in the legal rankings and business magazines JUVE, Chambers, Legal500, Who’s Who Legal, WirtschaftsWoche and Handelsblatt/Best Lawyers for many years. He is the author of numerous specialist publications and is a regular lecturer at national and international labour law conferences and seminars.

He studied at the universities of Trier, Ferrara and Strasbourg. He is an active member of the European Employment Lawyers‘ Association (EELA), the International Bar Association (IBA) and the American Bar Association (ABA), among others, as well as a member of the Arbitration Court of the German Karate Federation.
