
Benedikt Holzapfel advises international and national companies on individual and collective employment law. He develops legally sound, pragmatic and creative solutions for our clients in all phases of the employment relationship, from its establishment to its termination. He also specializes in collective bargaining law, works constitution law and litigation. In these areas, he accompanies our clients in complex litigation proceedings with legal expertise and the necessary intuition for the economic background.
He studied law at the University of Bayreuth and at California State University, Fullerton. Prior to joining Seitz, he worked as a lawyer in the employment law department of a large international business law firm.
