Yannick Peisker advises international and national companies on collective and individual labour law. He focuses on supporting complex restructuring and transformation projects. Furthermore, he provides advice on the establishment and termination of employment relationships as well as on collective bargaining and works constitution law.
In addition, Yannick Peisker has particular expertise in the area of employee data protection and advises our clients on issues relating to the digital world of work.
Yannick Peisker is the author of numerous academic publications and regularly works as a lecturer at the University of Bonn, specialising in labour law and data protection.
He studied at the University of Bonn, where he worked as a research assistant at the Institute for Labour Law and Social Security Law. His dissertation, “The right of access under data protection law”, was awarded the Flick Gocke Schaumburg Doctoral Prize of the University of Bonn.
