Theresa Neidhardt advises domestic and foreign companies in all industries on all legal issues in the field of individual and collective labor law. She has particular expertise in the area of employee data protection and compliance, especially with regard to the implementation of and compliance with the Whistleblower Protection Act.
Theresa Neidhardt studied law at the Albert Ludwig University of Freiburg and the Vienna University of Economics and Business.

After completing her legal training, she worked for a large municipal hospital group in the human resources department, where she gained extensive practical experience in personnel work and cooperation with works councils. Before joining Seitz, Theresa Neidhardt worked as a lawyer in the employment law department of another commercial law firm from September 2023.
