Sophia Newin advises our clients on all matters of corporate law (partnerships and corporations, including publicly listed companies), issues of director and officer liability (reactive and preventive), as well as in the areas of M&A and venture capital.

Sophia Newin studied law at the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich. She completed her legal clerkship in the Higher Regional Court district of Munich. During her studies, she worked in the antitrust departments of several international law firms and, during her clerkship, at a boutique law firm specializing in corporate law in Munich.

In 2024, she completed a master’s degree (LL.M.) at the University of California, Berkeley.
