Sebastian Schroeder advises international and national companies on collective and individual employment law. A focus of his work is on reorganization and restructuring projects, including the preparation, negotiation, and implementation of the developed measures, as well as the negotiation of collective agreements and representation in legal disputes.

In addition, Mr. Sebastian Schroeder advises and represents our clients in complianceprojects, including internal investigations and the implementation of necessary employment law measures.

Another focus of his practice is advising and representing board members, managing directors, and executives, particularly in the drafting of employment agreements  and in the termination process.

Sebastian Schroeder studied law at the University of Hamburg. He began his professional career at a boutique law firm specializing in employment law in Berlin and Hamburg. Before Seitz, he worked for several years in the employment law practice group of a large international law firm.
