Philipp Berger advises our clients on all aspects of commercial and corporate law. His work focuses on advising national and international companies, as well as private individuals, in the areas of M&A and Venture Capital. He regularly assists our clients on corporate transactions and financing rounds.

In addition to his work in our transaction practice, he advises our clients on disputes both in and out of court, and on all matters relating to commercial and general corporate law.

Philipp Berger studied law, specialising in corporate law, at the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Bonn. He completed his legal clerkship at the Regional Court of Aachen, with periods at a international law firm in Düsseldorf, as well as overseas placements at the German Embassy in Oslo (Norway) and at our LAW partner firm Nutter McClennen & Fish LLP in Boston (USA).
