Moritz Groeger advises national and international companies from all sectors as well as their shareholders and executive bodies on all matters of commercial and corporate law. He also advises our clients on domestic and cross-border corporate transactions.

His practice also focuses on advising and representing our clients in (extra-)judicial disputes, as well as in the area of insolvency-related restructuring and reorganisation of companies.

Following his studies at the Universities of Heidelberg and Münster, Moritz Groeger completed his legal clerkship with stages at the German Embassy in Bangkok, a leading law firm in Düsseldorf and the German Football Association in Frankfurt. As part of his legal training, Moritz Groeger also worked for a renowned law boutique in Düsseldorf.
