
Maximilian Nickel advises national and international companies on individual and collective employment law. His practice focuses on advising clients from the establishment to the termination of employment relationships as well as on collective bargaining and works constitution law. In the area of works constitution law, Maximilian Nickel develops pragmatic and legally sound solutions to complex works constitution issues for our clients. He also advises our clients on questions of works council remuneration.
Maximilian Nickel also has special expertise in litigation and supports our clients in insolvency proceedings and complex court cases.
Maximilian Nickel studied law at Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich. Prior to joining Seitz, Maximilian Nickel worked as a lawyer in a large international commercial law firm for three years.
