Maximilian Liebern advises national and international clients on all aspects of M&A transactions – both on the buy and sell side, including in the field of Private Equity and Distressed M&A. In addition, he advises clients on general corporate law matters.

He has a strong focus on transactions in the energy and healthcare sectors. Thanks to his business-focused master’s degree, Maximilian Liebern also brings in-depth knowledge of the automotive industry and its specific processes.

Maximilian Liebern studied law at EBS University for Business and Law in Wiesbaden and at the University of South Australia in Adelaide. He also holds a Master of Science in Automotive Management from EBS University. Prior to joining Seitz, Maximilian Liebern worked for several years as an attorney at an international law firm.
