Markus Alsdorf advises our clients on day-to-day corporate law matters, transactions and commercial and corporate litigation. The focus of his work is on advising clients on stock corporation and capital markets law.

Markus Alsdorf advises companies of all industries, shareholders and board members, but also start-ups, founders and investors. Due to his rendering advice to our clients on an ongoing basis, in particular in the preparation of shareholders‘ meetings and general meetings as well as in executive board and management matters, he has special expertise and experience in stock corporation and limited liability company law as well as in advising venture capital financed companies.

Markus Alsdorf studied in Bonn and Dundee and completed his practical legal training in Cologne, Düsseldorf, Bonn and Aachen. Before joining Seitz, he worked for a major law firm in Cologne in the field of structuring and advising venture capital funds.
