Mark Gerigk advises international and national companies in all areas of labour law. One focus of his work is advising on labour law issues relating to the restructuring of companies, including the coordination of cross-border projects. Another focus of his work is the handling of complex labour law litigation.

Mark Gerigk has many years of experience in providing employment law advice on the sale or acquisition of companies and parts of companies. He assists our clients in the preparation, negotiation and closing of transactions.

Mark Gerigk studied at the Heinrich Heine University in Düsseldorf. Before joining us, Mark Gerigk worked for over four years as a lawyer at a leading commercial law firm in the field of labour law. He worked for further two years as a research assistant and trainee at the same law firm.
