Marius Kranzkowski advises national and international companies as well as private individuals with a focus on real estate law, real estate litigation as well as brokerage and distribution law.

Due to his rendering advice to real estate companies on an ongoing basis, Marius Kranzkowski has special expertise and experience in accompanying real estate transactions (asset or share deals), drafting rental and lease agreements, advising on project developments as well as in real estate development and condominium law. In addition, he supports our clients in the drafting of brokerage and distribution agreements.

Marius Kranzkowski studied at the European University Viadrina Frankfurt (Oder). He completed his practical legal training in Berlin. Before joining Seitz, he worked as a lawyer for a well-known real estate law firm. Marius Kranzkowski regularly publishes articles on issues of real estate law.
