Marie Vespermann advises our clients on all (cross-border) matters of corporate law. The focus of her advice lies on the interface between corporate law, restructuring and insolvency law.

In addition to enforcing and defending insolvency law (liability) claims for our clients in and out of court, she also focuses on advising and drafting contracts in the area of centralized settlement.

Marie Vespermann studied at the Ruhr University in Bochum, where she was a research assistant at the Chair of Litigation and Civil Law (Chair of Prof. Dr. Peter A. Windel). Before joining Seitz, Marie Vespermann worked for a well-known boutique law firm in Düsseldorf. In addition to her work as an attorney, she is currently completing her doctorate on an insolvency law topic at the University of Cologne (Prof. Dr. Christoph Thole)
