Lisa Mollica advises international and national companies on individual and collective employment law. One focus of her work is on restructuring projects, as well as collective bargaining and works constitution law. This includes, in particular, advising our clients in their day-to-day business, including the negotiation of collective company agreements. Another key area of Lisa Mollica’s practice is advising board members on matters such as the establishment and termination of board memberships, as well as in major liability proceedings. She also has particular expertise in litigation and supports our clients in insolvency proceedings as well as complex court cases.
