Leander Kirste advises international and national companies on all aspects of individual and collective employment law. His focus is on finding legally compliant, pragmatic solutions even for complex issues. He develops creative solutions for our clients with legal expertise and the necessary intuition for the economic background.
He studied law at the University of Bayreuth. During his legal clerkship in Munich, he worked for renowned international commercial law firms in the field of employment law. He expanded his international experience by working in Rio de Janeiro.
