He also advises on national and cross-border transactions, particularly in the area of M&A.

Konstantin Salz studied law with a focus on corporate law at the University of Cologne and the University of Bergen (Norway). He completed his legal clerkship at the Regional Court of Cologne with periods at a listed company in Cologne and at the Consulate General in Barcelona.
