Kevin Leibold advises international and national companies as well as start-ups on legal issues relating to data protection law and digital transformation. He also specialises in the areas of employee data protection and compliance.

As part of the seitz.digital team, his work in data protection law focuses on advising and supporting digital projects and implementing comprehensive data compliance for our clients.

He is also co-chair of the „Data Protection and Data Economy“ expert committee of the German Association for Law and Informatics and a member of the Data and Digitization Practice Advisory Board of the magazine „Recht der Datenverarbeitung“.

Kevin Leibold studied law at Saarland University and completed a master’s degree in information technology and law (LL.M.).
