Jennifer Seiler advises our national and international clients in all areas of individual and collective employment law. She gives advice on employment law matters from the initiation to the termination of employment relationships. Her key areas are the development of strategy and implementation of employment-law reorganisation and restructurings as well as matters relating to collective bargaining and works constitution law. She also has particular experience in litigation, especially in complex employment court proceedings.
Jennifer Seiler is a certified specialist lawyer for employment law. She studied at Saarland University and the University of Regensburg and completed a Master’s degree (LL.M.) in Human Resource Management. Before joining Seitz, she worked for several years in an employment-law boutique and in a large international law firm.
