Jan Wilhelm advises international and national companies on individual and collective employment law. His practice focuses on employment law restructuring projects as well as collective bargaining and works constitution law. He also has particular expertise in sports law.

Jan Wilhelm studied at the University of Cologne and worked there as a research assistant at the Institute for German and European Labor and Social Law (Chair: Prof. Dr. Christian Rolfs). As part of his dissertation, he dealt with working time regulations and agreements for licensed soccer players.
