Isabel Rauch advises international and national corporations on all aspects of commercial law. The focus of her advisory work is on the drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts, including in the areas of outsourcing, distribution law, IT/software, e-commerce and general terms and conditions. In addition, she has particular expertise in the area of capital markets law.
Her publications include „Die Gesellschafterversammlung der GmbH“ („Shareholder Meetings in the GmbH“), Erich Schmidt Verlag, and her commentaries in the „Kommentar zum Wertpapierprospektgesetz“ („Commentary on the German Securities Prospectus Act“), 2nd edition, Erich Schmidt Verlag.
Isabel Rauch studied at the Universities of Bonn, Lausanne (Switzerland), Heidelberg and New York and received her doctorate in tax law under Prof. Dr. Roman Seer. Before joining Seitz, she was a lawyer in a major Düsseldorf law firm and an employee at the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority in Frankfurt.
