Ines Marquardt works as a freelance attorney for Seitz in the field of tax law.
She advises national and international companies as well as entrepreneurs on all matters of national and international tax law. In addition, she assists clients in tax disputes in proceedings before tax authorities and tax courts. Another focus of her work is tax-optimized corporate structuring and succession planning.
Before joining Seitz, Ines Marquardt worked for five years as a lawyer in an international commercial law firm, focusing on transaction-related international tax law.
She studied law at the University of Münster and during her legal clerkship at the Cologne District Court, she completed stages at the Federal Ministry of Finance and in a commercial law firm in New York.
