
Heinke von Netzer advises international and national companies on collective and individual employment law. One focus of her work is on collective bargaining law, in particular the effects and structuring options in restructuring and reorganization cases.
Heinke von Netzer also specializes in providing legal and strategic advice on major transformation projects. Another focus of her work is works constitution law, in particular advising on working time and remuneration issues, including the legally secure remuneration of works council members.
Heinke von Netzer studied in Giessen, Washington, D.C. and Cologne. At the University of Cologne, she worked as a research assistant at the Research Institute for Social Law (Chair of Professor Dr. Hanau).
